*AFTER YOUR SAFARI 

- Your trophies will be sent to dip & pack,  cargo, then received here in the U.S. by our Customs broker.

- Please have us copied on all correspondence , email hntrpro@gmail.com so we can keep track of your trophies . A $250 per hunter deposit is required per hunter before we receive any shipment(s), non refundable. Admin fee (can be used towards African mounts when are are mounting your entire safari)

- Once your trophies arrive in the U.S. we'll contact you to go over mount(s) , at that time we get 1/2 down for deposit for mounting your trophies.  The current price list will be used at the time.

We offer a $500  taxidermy credit towards African completed mounts by us,  per hunter, a hunter is someone that shoots two (2) or more animals and mounting two (2)  more animals  with us.  Including shoulder or life-size mounts  Note:  Discounts / credits only apply if we are mounting your entire African Safari , no partial order discounts / credits.  One (1) credit per hunter.  No exceptions.  

As a courtesy we offer *free delivery on your  completed mounts  ( w/4 or more shoulder or life size mounts per client) when using our taxidermy services, when available , to your residence . *Before shipping to us CONTACT US  for delivery and mileage details/ restrictions, any additional charges, (fuel surcharge, freight,  etc) for any deliveries outside are area.   Due to safety / weather conditions we do not make deliveries December thru the end of April (pending weather conditions).     Pick-ups are welcome, just let us know a few weeks ahead of time so we can keep a productive work schedule.

We accept shipments from throughout the world. For any shipment that arrives at our business, there will be a $350 per animal /shipment administration fee if not using our taxidermy mounting services.   Customer is responsible for all shipping , insurance charges,  Customs brokerage fees, plus any storage,  labor at $85 per hour, tanning at retail pricing, crate deposal fee $45, admin fees, etc.  A $75 USDA FEE IS ADDED TO EACH ORDER.

AFRICAN TAXIDERMY PRICING  IS BASED ON WHEN YOUR ORDER IS CHECKED IN AT OUR TANNERY

 African Taxidermy- 1/2 deposit is required once shipment arrives in the U.S at our tannery  .There is a 3.5 % credit card if using a Credit card for initial deposit   Since client(s) is responsible for all shipping charges, to save you money we have all african orders shipped directly to our tannery, All Deposits / money received is non-refundable. No exceptions.  Price list  is locked in only  when 1/2 deposit money is received.  Always contact us before shipping to us.   The tannery is currently taking approx 7-8 months.

Pricing :  1) Dip & Pack, 2) Safari Cargo Shipping charges ( an email invoice will be sent, 3) U.S. broker fees  (an emailed invoice will be sent to you ) plus shipping of any horns,back skin/flat skin tanning, U.S.D.A fees, insurance charges from our tannery to us, if there is any questions in regards to the process please do not hesitate to give us a call @ 262 373-1245.  in Addition, any base work plus and other skull work,  etc. is not included in our mounting prices and will be charged at the end.  All bases are custom made, oak or walnut, they must be noted on your invoice and paid in full on ordering.  If you decide to have your own bases done, due to liability reasons ,we do not install our taxidermy mounts on bases we do not provide. It’s also our policy ,due to liability reasons, we cannot hang your mounts . Final payment on delivery is cash  only .  No checks. No credit cards. No exceptions

All deposits are non refundable- no exceptions

Completion time can very greatly depending on when WE RECEIVE the shipment(s) from overseas or our tannery. Usually 10 to 12 mounts AFTER we receive the shipment from our tannery.  Also please note Giraffe tanning can take additional time  from our tannery . It can be longer depending on the amount of work taken in.  We highly recommend paying all bills/invoices , (Hunt , dip/pack, shipping,  broker etc)  IMMEDIATELY, in a timely manner.  All hunters in a group will have their animals processed /mounted at the same time regardless of when we receive them. NO PARTIAL ORDERS.  Labor is charged at $95 per hour .  We will contact you only if there is a problem with shipment, hide/ horns received or when your animal skins arrive. 

If  the backskins are sent back in your crate they will be tanned and added to your invoice

*PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THE COVID SHUTDOWN (S) has GREATLY INCREASE TURNAROUND TIME WHICH IS  COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL .  We'll only contact you if there is any  issues/problem with your order or when we receive your animals.  Our main tannery closed for good  after the pandemic.  As of April 1 , 2023 it looks like going forward things are getting back to more of a normal turnaround.  We are now receiving past years hides back from the tannery.  Our turnaround time is approx 12-16 months after after we receive the animals depending on workload.

Steps of your Trophies after harvest:

Skinned & Trophies prepared for mounts

Dip & Pack (usually  pay invoice before leave Africa)

Shipping (usually within a few months, (invoice emailed from shipping company)

Received by US Customs Broker (invoice emailed from broker)

Shipped to US, Taxidermy Deposit, we'll call
